TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LéRecueil, including its digital platform and curated experiences. By accessing or engaging with LéRecueil, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCESS & ELIGIBILITY

- LéRecueil operates as a private, invitation-led platform.

- Access is granted at the sole discretion of the Company and may be limited, withdrawn or refused at any time.

- You must be at least 18 years of age to engage with our services.

2. MEMBERSHIP

- Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

- LéRecueil reserves the absolute right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership or access, without obligation to provide reason.

- All interactions, admissions and high-value engagements may be managed directly by the Company or its designated representatives.

3. FINANCIAL TERMS

- An initial deposit may be required to initiate consideration for membership. Such deposit, where applicable, is refundable within the 120 days period from the date of payment.

- Upon confirmation of membership and payment of applicable fees, all amounts are final and non-refundable.

- All fees are quoted "Plus Tax." Statutory GST and applicable levies will be added to the base membership price at the point of billing.

4. EXPERIENCES AND ACCESS

- Membership may provide access to curated experiences, subject to availability, eligibility, and separate confirmation.

- LéRecueil reserves the right of admission to all events and experiences.

- Members are expected to maintain conduct and presentation consistent with the standards of a private luxury environment.

5. LIABILITY

- Participation in any experience is at the member’s discretion.

- LéRecueil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including personal injury or loss or damage to personal property, arising from participation in events or third-party engagements.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All content, design, systems, and brand elements remain the exclusive property of Lerecueil House Private Limited.

- No content may be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Access to the platform, membership or services may be suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice, where deemed necessary by the Company.

8. GOVERNING LAW

- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calcutta, West Bengal.
