REFUND POLICY

LéRecueil approaches all financial engagements with clarity, discretion and defined structure.

1. DEPOSIT 

- An initial deposit made for membership consideration is refundable under the following conditions:

  • If a refund is requested prior to attending the Preview Event, the amount will be refunded

  • If membership slots for the year are fully allocated, any unutilized deposit will be automatically refunded

- All eligible refunds will be processed within 15–30 days of the request, or 7–14 days in case of automatic refunds, to the original mode of payment.

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES

- Upon confirmation of membership and payment of the full membership fee, all payments are final and non-refundable.

- This applies regardless of usage, participation, or continuation.

3. CANCELLATION 

- Membership may be cancelled by the member within 15 days of activation, subject to a valid reason.

- However, no refund shall be issued against the membership fee under any circumstances.

4. EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Payments made for events, experiences, or curated engagements are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. PROCESSING 

All approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within the timelines specified above.

6. DISCRETION

All refund decisions are subject to the sole discretion of LéRecueil within the framework of this policy.
